Austrian Coin Necklace

This cool boho chic necklace features a genuine Austrian 10 Shilling collector coin, discovered during one of my trips around the world. The coin pendant hangs from a super-soft deerksin leather necklace in a dark brown shade. A little white pearl dangles over the coin.

The necklace fastens by sliding the large white freshwater pearl inside the leather loop. I love combining pearls and leather to give my jewelry a cool bohemian vibe.

The coin was minted in 1980. Austrian coins are no longer used, ever since Austria's currency was replaced with the Euro in 2002, making this a collector's item.

This necklace measures 24" long + the 1 1/4" coin pendant.
